OH FUDGE!

Here is a quick, easy, and simple recipe on how to make fudge!  When I say easy and simple I mean easy and simple!  So here are the ingredients to make fudge....

1 box of Bakers Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares
1 Can of Sweentened Condensed Milk
2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
and if you want to add some extras.....
2 cups of Marshmallows
and some to top ( i never measure)
Start by lining a pan with foil with it overlapping the sides so you can lift it out of the pan later, I used a cookie sheet here, because i was making a double batch, but for this recipe only use a 8 inch square pan
Then, put the squares in a microwavable bowl
Pour in the can of milk and microwave on HIGH for 2 mins to 3 mins or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 2 mins.
This is what it looks like after 2 mins, marble-like
After 3 mins, you will stir it until chocolate is melted, since all the squares may not be completely melted, they will melt as you stir.  Add in the vanilla and any extra ingredients such as marshmallows or peanuts.
Then pour into the foil-lined pan, with a super cheesy smile on your face!
Top with more marshmallows, only if you desire.  Then put in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.  When its ready lift out of pan with the foil sides and cut into square pieces and enjoy!
If you want to add peanut butter, just put spoon fulls on top of the fudge after you have poured it in the pan

Then use a knife to do a swirl thingy, like so

Eat up and enjoy!
