just a few makeovers

My recent Goodwill finds have finally been made over.  Im not really putting them in their spots around the house yet, since we are moving in less then a month, i just put them in places just so i could post them up on here!

just a picture frame, before...

after, i painted it red, same as the walls, and put a piece of scrapbook paper inside

this ugly tray, before...

after, i painted it white and added scrapbook paper in the shape of circles

a duck tray, before...

The trays look great! The best thing about the scrapbook paper is that when it gets scratched too badly you can just ad another layer to fix it.

Very fun idea. The white tray is my favorite!

CUTE! Scrapbook paper has certainly evolved from daisies and ribbons...I love those swirls!

I love these projects! The taking of something kind of fug and updating it to look pretty. They all turned out lovely but the duck tray was my favorite.

When I look at thrift stores all I see is junk. Then I visit blogs and see what people with vision can accomplish, and I feel very uncreative! Ha! These are great. You're an inspiration!
